You simply download our pre-configured client and run it; there are no session codes or passwords to share. We can then connect to see and control your screen to diagnose and fix problems. You can disconnect us at any time.
We support all major versions of Microsoft Windows (Windows 10 and 11), Apple macOS, and Linux. We also provide limited support for iOS and Android devices where the issue can be resolved remotely.
Yes. We use a custom-configured RustDesk client with end-to-end encryption, and we host our own private RustDesk server in Helsinki, Finland (EU) — your data never passes through any third-party infrastructure. Because we use a pre-configured client, there are no session codes or passwords to share. You remain in full control and can end the session instantly at any point.
The annual contract includes unlimited remote and telephone support, 24/7 system monitoring via our RMM platform, proactive software updates, and scheduled health checks — all for a fixed price of £250 per computer per year. There are no call-out charges and no hidden fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. Payment is required at the time of service for pay-as-you-go support.
Our pay-as-you-go remote support has a minimum charge of 1 hour (£60). After the first hour, we bill in 30-minute increments at £30 per half hour. If we cannot fix your issue, there is no charge — our no-fix no-fee guarantee.
