- RustDesk — remote desktop software used during support sessions. Connections are end-to-end encrypted via our self-hosted server. No persistent access is retained after a session ends.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to provide ongoing support and for legitimate business record-keeping. Remote support sessions do not retain access after the session ends. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to their default retention settings.

Remote support sessions use RustDesk with end-to-end encryption via our self-hosted server in Helsinki, Finland (EU). No third-party infrastructure processes your remote session data. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
